No participant will be allowed to participate at the above challenge unless such participant has read these terms and conditions and have understood the same and have signed this waiver indicating expressly such participant’s consent.

Authorization to participate will only be given to a participant by Be Your Motivation (Pvt) Ltd and/or the organizers only upon the participant signing this waiver.

The organizers and/or Be Your Motivation (Pvt) Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event a participant takes part in the above challenge without the authorization of Be Your Motivation (Pvt) Ltd and/or the organizers.

I consent to me being photographed, interviewed and/or videotaped by representatives of beyourmotivation.com and for this content to be shared publicly on social media associated with beyourmotivation.com including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.

I affirm that I am voluntarily visiting or participating in activities at the above location(s) and further acknowledge that I know, understand, and appreciate the inherent risks of the participation. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries which may occur to me as a result of the inherent risks associated with the participation in this challenge.

I represent and warrant that I have no physical disabilities or adverse medical conditions that would harm or injure me as a result of taking part in this event.
