Measuring Senior Pastors' Personality Traits and Church Size with Level of Satisfaction
Informed Consent

You are invited to participate in a research study on how personality affects a pastor’s satisfaction with church size.

You will be asked to complete a survey by answering questions related to personality traits and your satisfaction in your role as Senior Pastor.

The survey consists of 42 items. Please answer the questions honestly and to the best of your ability.

Your participation time will take approximately 15 minutes.

You must be a Senior Pastor to participate in this study.

The only foreseeable risks to this study include potential slight emotional discomfort from answering questions that may have personal impact.

The benefits which may be reasonably expected from this study include an increased understanding of God’s wisdom in how He designed you in His call for you to serve in the role of Senior Pastor.
