Data Collection Form for MScIT Heads/Co-ordinators

In view of the upcoming Theory & Practical examination of MScIT, the Head, Department of Information Technology, University of Mumbai in the capacity of chairperson, Practical examinations hereby requests all Heads of Departments/Co-ordinators of MScIT to collect the contact details of their faculties & fill this form on or before 31-Oct-2022.

The data will help to draw panel members for paper setting and allotting examiners for practical exam.

Kindly note: Only those colleges who will fill this form for all subjects will be allotted examiners for practical exam.

This particular form will collect data for Semester 3 only

It will ask for following information

College Name, Code

Principal Name, Email id, Mobile No

MScIT Head/Co-ordinators Name, Email id, Mobile No

Which specific Tracks have been offered AI/CC/IP/SEC

Each Subject Faculty's Name, Email id, Mobile No & Nature of Appointment
