Hotspots with outdated firmware collection form
We regularly received DMs about hotspots with outdated firmware, both Bobcat firmware and also Helium firmware. To automate the collection process and provide faster response, we will use this form as our only collection input and stop taking DMs going forward.

Please check first if your hotspot has already received the latest OTA!

After you submit the form, please allow us 48 hours to process and update your hotspot to the latest version. If there is circumstance that requires changing network settings from your side, we will be in touch!

All of these information will be confidential! We will not share your hotspot information with anyone and only internal personnel can access the responses!
