NFBTX19 Convention Exhibitor Application
Please complete this form in order to register as an exhibitor at the 2019 convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas. The convention will take place on the weekend of November 15-17, in Austin, Texas. The Crowne Plaza Austin, located at 6121 IH 35 North, is the headquarters for this year's convention. Exhibits will be open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, on November 15. They will re-open from Noon to 4:00pm, on November 16. Vendors may access the exhibit hall beginning at 8:00 AM, on November 15 in order to set up their space. A member of our staff or a volunteer will be available at that time to assist as needed. We will be using Lone Star 1 & 2 rooms for exhibits. The room will be locked at night. So, once your exhibit space is set up, you can leave everything in place if you wish. Applications are due no later than October 15, 2019. There is a $200.00 fee to exhibit at the convention if your company is a for profit. Nonprofits may exhibit at a discounted rate of $100.00. Space is limited, and we will grant space on a first come, first served basis. In no case will we allow a vendor to exhibit if this form has not been submitted by the deadline listed here. We will notify you regarding the availability of the space you have requested within five (5) business days of receiving your application. For profit companies will be charged a fee for a listing in our agenda. The fee is $50.00. Nonprofit organizations and agencies will be listed in the agenda at no charge. If you would like your company logo or special text to appear in the agenda, please submit that information to president@nfbtx.org no later than October 15, 2019. All fees must be paid in advance of the convention. Invoices will be sent to the contact person listed on this application unless you provide an alternate contact for billing. Invoices may be paid by check or credit/debit card. Our invoice will offer you the option to pay via credit card if you wish.

Space is limited, but we will attempt to accommodate specific requests to the extent possible. Please describe the space you need, and someone will get back with you to discuss any questions or concerns we have regarding your request. No space is guaranteed until you receive a message providing you with information about your space and our ability to comply with the request you have made.

My company or agency would like to sponsor a portion of the 2019 convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Texas.
We invite our exhibitors to make additional sponsorship donations. Donors at the Love Level will be recognized on the convention floor. Hope Level donors will have the same privilege and will receive one complimentary registration fee and banquet ticket. Determination Level sponsors will be recognized during both the general session and the banquet and be granted two complimentary registration fees and banquet tickets. Live the Life You Want sponsors will be recognized at both the general session and the banquet and be given four complimentary registration fees and banquet tickets. Extra Mile sponsors will receive a full page advertisement in our agenda, be recognized at both the general session and the banquet, and be provided with four complimentary registration fees and banquet thickets. Sponsorships are in addition to the cost of exhibiting. We encourage our donors to attend the annual banquet so they can be recognized; however, if no company representatives are available to use the tickets granted as a result of your sponsorship, please let us know that you prefer to have your tickets donated to an individual who might not be able to attend otherwise.
