No matter how you say it, we’ve got you covered. Zendesk Talk is releasing phone numbers in more countries, now totaling 75. Although most phone numbers are generally available and accessible directly from your Zendesk Support account, several numbers are still in “beta” status. They are fully functioning, but require the help of our product team to add them to your account.
To sign up, simply choose the number you’d like to add to your account, provide your contact details, and we will be in touch shortly with next steps.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved by the Talk product team, you will receive a welcome email from the team advising you have been added to the Beta. Once you receive this email you should see the option to add the Beta number within your account under Admin > Channels > Talk > Numbers > Add number. Expect about a week's turnaround time from signup to access, if you're eligible.
