🖼️ Gina and Linus Cinnamoni founded Galleri Cinnamoni in Helsingborg, Sweden, in 2012. Gina, with a background in art history, has organized exhibitions and published books. Linus, known as @mrartnet, is a painter and social media expert. Together, since 2023, they have been running Bellamonti Art, an art gallery offering tailored marketing and unique exhibition opportunities. With over a decade in the art industry and international experience, they provide a platform for artists to reach a global audience. Exhibition Agreement

Parties: Bellamonti Art Gallery ("Gallery"), located at Södra Storgatan 1, Helsingborg. The undersigned Artist - "The Artist".
Subject: This agreement pertains to the exhibition of the Artist's artwork(s) through the Gallery's digital display window.

Exhibition Fee: The Artist agrees to pay a monthly fee of 15EUR (VAT included) a total of 180EUR for exhibiting one artwork,
and 25EUR total of 300EUR for two artworks. The sum shall be paid in advance before publication.

Duration: The exhibition period shall be 12 months, as selected by the Artist at the time of signing this agreement.

Display: Artworks will be displayed on a rotational basis, with each piece being shown for up to 10 seconds at a time.

Additional Display Information: Alongside the artwork, the Artist's name, personal website (not external/other companies
sites), and Instagram link will be displayed.

Gallery Rights: The Gallery reserves the right to display additional information and promotional material for other exhibitions
or any content of the Gallery’s choosing during the same period when the Artist’s work is exhibited.

Power Outages: The Gallery shall not be held responsible for any interruptions in display due to power outages or other
technical issues.

Artist’s Warranties: The Artist guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the artwork and that displaying the artwork
does not infringe on any third party's rights.

Payment Terms for Exhibition Period: The Artist shall pay the full exhibition fee for the exhibition period by no later than 2
weeks before the exhibition period starts.

Cancellation rights: If Bellamonti Art for some reason has to cancel the display exhibition, The Artist will get a
deducation/coupon of a participation on our Art Guides with the sum calculated by remaining full months x the monthly fee.
The deducation/coupon needs to be used within 1 year.

Amendment: Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing this agreement, the Artist acknowledges and consents to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
