2025-2026 PSCSC Membership Application
Welcome to the Peterson, Schriever, Cheyenne Spouses Club, we are so excited for you to join us!  Submitting this form acknowledges that you will receive email communication from the PSCSC regarding events, community outreach, and other opportunities offered or solicited by the PSCSC
. 

By submitting this form I indicate my acknowledgement of the following: 
    - Agreement to follow and uphold the PSCSC's constitution, bylaws, and standing rules. 

   -  Membership in the PSCSC is voluntary. Those who meet the eligibility requirements as defined in the Bylaws shall constitute the membership. Membership discrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin is prohibited. 

   -  An individual member of the PSCSC will not be personally liable for the negligent conduct of the PSCSC or its members unless he/she authorizes assets to, participates in, or otherwise ratifies such conduct, per AFI 34-223. 

    - The PSCSC is a private organization and does not represent, use funding from, or have any government status with the Department of Defense. The PSCSC is responsible for the assets and liabilities of the PSCSC and in no way is the federal government or DoD responsible should any issues arise within the PSCSC or at PSCSC events. 

  - My name and phone number/email may be used in the membership directory for member use only.  

 
Membership to PSCSC is $15.00 for the 2025-2026 year. Dues are collected from each member and used to host and facilitate social events. With your membership, the PSCSC will be able to operate year after year; providing spouses with community, outreach opportunities, and partnership with an organization dedicated to bettering our military family.
