• Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2019. No applications will be accepted after April 30, 2019.
• Do not send any money with your application. Fees will be collected after acceptance, but before the event.
• New vendors are considered every year (prior vendors are not guaranteed a space). A committee selects food vendors by the end of May, and you will be notified of acceptance after the selection process is complete.
• If accepted, you will be required to provide proof of a State of NM Environment Department food permit, and a certificate of insurance. You will also be required to pay the 2019 booth fee in advance of the event.
