Bethesda Urban Partnership: Event Calendar Submission Form
**As of right now, we are strictly doing an online calendar**

Every other month Bethesda Urban Partnership publishes a calendar of events taking place within the Urban District’s boundaries. (Events outside of downtown Bethesda may be published on a space-available basis.)

To submit an event to be considered for the print or online calendar, please complete the below form. If you have any questions, please call 301/215-6660 or e-mail RBanai@bethesda.org.

Deadline is 6 weeks prior to publication
BUP’s printed calendar of events is published every other month in February, April, June, August, October and December.  Submission deadlines are six weeks prior to publication.  

For consideration in the printed calendar, the below form must be completed by 11:59pm on the following days:
- December 15 for the Feb./Mar. issue
- February 15 for the April/May issue
- April 15 for the June/July issue
- June 15 for the Aug./Sept. issue
- August 15 for the Oct./Nov. issue
- October 15 for the Dec./Jan. issue
