Donations are given on behalf of our children through private donors, this is not a government assistance program. There are limited donations available, and it is extremely important that funds go to the families who need them most.

If you have been approved for donations before and need additional help, please resubmit this form. Since we depend on the generosity of others donating on behalf of our children, we cannot give donations unless we have funds to provide them.

Wellness Scholarships must be through an approved provider. If your provider is not on the list below, please ask them to submit an application by contacting us through HeeHawForHealth.com

Hee Haw for Health is a small nonprofit with limited funds. At this time, the MAXIMUM wellness scholarship funding is $500 or less per applicant depending on need and funding available (parent pays 50% of the total treatment cost, up to $500.) If you are approved, we will send details in an email with how to proceed and the funds will go to the designated provider in your child's name.

By accepting the Wellness Scholarship, you agree to participate in the mission of Hee Haw for Health by doing the following:

1. Send a testimonial sharing what this scholarship means to you (email or mailed) or short video that we can share to help us help more families and to help ensure we continue to have the funds to provide these donations for your child and others. Let us know if you would like yours to be anonymous.

2. Share with your network to help us spread awareness and raise more funds for more families in need. Please tag @HeeHawForHealth and use #HeeHawForHealth and share the website www.HeeHawForHealth.com
