Packed lunches will be available from St Luke's Church each Wednesday during August. This form should be used to book lunches and will need to be completed for each person requiring a lunch.

Lunches will be available to collect between 12pm and 12.30pm.

Lunches must be booked by the Monday morning before the Wednesday. If you need to cancel your booking, please ring the Parish Office (01502 716370) to let us know by the Monday before the date you are cancelling. This ensures we have accurate numbers for purchasing food.

We take your privacy very seriously and only collect the data we need to supply this service. All data is destroyed at the end of the project.
