The bot allows multiple users to pool their money in a single wallet in order to buy an ERC 20 Token. User A generates a wallet directly via the telegram bot. User A sets the bot to buy x Amount of Eth worth of x token (Ex: 10 Eth worth of MULTI)
User A funds the wallet with x amount of ETH. User A now owns a proportional voting share of the wallet to the amount funded. (Ex: User A funds the wallet with 2/10 ETH, he now owns a 20% voting share)
Users B,C,D,E each fund the wallet with x amount of ETH. they each now own a voting share of the wallet proportional to the amount they funded. (Ex: they each send 2 ETH, they each own a 20% voting share)
Once the wallet is funded with the total amount of ETH, it either auto buys the token targeted, or waits to buy it at a price set by User A.
If the wallet is funded with more than the total ETH required, it auto buys or waits to buy at the price set by user A. It also recalculates the percentage voting share of each wallet holder based into the total amount of eth funded.
Wallet shareholders must vote for a token sell to be executed, or for a limit order sell to be set. In order for the wallet to sell or for a limit order to be set, the total % of votes in favour of the sell must exceed a percentage decided when the MultiBuy was initiated (for example 70%)
Once the wallet sells, it returns a proportional share of the money collected to the wallet shareholders
