We would like to thank you for your interest in participating in the Heritage Delegation. Your participation in this delegation will be a way for you to expand your network and represent yourself and your community on a global scale. This delegation will bring together women from all walks of life whose common goal is to (re)connect with their heritage and use it for professional enhancement.

Please complete the following questions and attach the required listed documents at the bottom of this form.

Documents required:

-Copy of passport
-Curriculum Vitae or Resume (2 pages max)
-Personal essay presenting your interest and motivation to participate in the women's delegation (no more than 2 pages, double-spaced, 12 font Times New Roman). The essay should include personal expectations of your participation and a brief description of yourself.
*You will be contacted by the Heritage Committee for a skype interview to determine your Spanish language level.*

**Note: All sessions in the delegate agenda will be in Spanish. Spanish language fluency is not required but Spanish comprehension is a must in order to understand and collaborate with host country partnering entities.

For students only:

If your institution plans to offer credit please include form or letter stating institutional requirements for credit transfer (e.g. program agenda; daily reports of participation; presentation power point)

International Travel Information

- Cost of travel is per delegate
- Includes round trip flight, housing, cultural activities and transportation within the host country for 4 days
- Does not include cost of food
