POB Staff Network Use and Consent Agreement
All staff of the Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District, will be provided access to network, email, and internet access. This access is subject to compliance with District Policy.

Staff member access to the Internet/Network is viewed as a valuable tool but it must be remembered that it can also expose those who use it to risks which the District cannot control including but not limited to viewing of offensive material, solicitations for personal information, threats from other users, attacks on the district network through malware, phishing, etc. Therefore, it is imperative that all staff members understand the risks that they take in using the Internet and comply with the District’s Internet Safety and Use Policies as outlined in the form below.

In order to utilize the District’s computer resources and have access to the Internet it will be necessary for you to complete and submit this agreement. By submitting this agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read all sections of this form and attachments and that you agree to adhere to the requirements set forth in these documents. If you do not have a submitted agreement on file, your access rights will be suspended.
