JOB DESCRIPTION -

Requirements -

1) BE-IT, Computer, MCA or even BCA

2) Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ERP Implementation system.

3) Total Experience - 5 to 8 years


Roles & Responsibilities -

1. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of comprehensive, total integrated ERP solutions, across platforms..

2. Troubleshooting on day-to-day issues related to ERP working, server, mails, data management & equipment maintenance.

3. Training and Mentoring different departments to use the ERP.

4. Accumulating issues and coordinating with the outsourced ERP development team for getting it resolved.

5. Develop communication & ERP strategies to support the business strategy & provide recommendations for user adaptability to the ERP system.

6. Identify new opportunities for business intelligence innovation & help implement best practices across all engagements.

7. Ensure that the ERP development teams are following standards, working closely with Director, Business heads & users to deliver ERP solutions.

8. Coordinate with internal resources  & third party vendors & manage schedules with other workstreams for the flawless execution of projects.

9. Facilitate & coordinate the review & sign-off of project milestones such as technical design-build & test.

10. Guide & coordinate project implementation & go-live plans with internal teams & third parties.

11. Excellent written, verbal communication skills & presentation skills.

12. Preparing various ERP reports.

13. Maintaining various documentation
