INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

Before applying for a market stall, we suggest any prospective trader first takes the opportunity to look around the markets to see the product lines we already have covered.  It's in your interest to bring something new and different to our markets.

Please note the commitment for trading in Durham Market Hall is initially for 6 months and weekly thereafter.  
RENT IS PAYABLE WEEKLY BY STANDING ORDER.
TRADERS WILL ALSO BE EXPECTED TO HAVE A CHIP AND PIN FACILITY AVAILABLE FOR THEIR STALL IN THE MARKET HALL.

All traders will need Public Liability Insurance of £5 million to trade at any of our markets or events.

Durham Markets Company Limited will keep this information (personal data) on file to assess and process your application to become a trader at any of our markets and/ or events.  We will keep this information for a maximum of two years UNLESS you no longer wish to be considered for any of our markets and events.  In this case, you can withdraw your consent at any time and we will destroy this information.  To withdraw consent, please email james@durhammarkets.co.uk .
