Poker Run for Parkinson's 2019

1. All cards will be picked at the designated stops on the Poker Run Route (PLAYERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PICK UP ALL CARDS AT ONE STOP), cards will be picked up one card at a time, and laid face up on the table for view. No duplicate cards can be used. Participants must draw an additional card if an identical card is drawn.
2. In case of a tie, there will be a draw for High Card to determine the winner.
3. Riders must be present to receive any winnings!
4. All decisions of the judges are FINAL!

All Registrants (driver and passenger) must understand by completing this form, you agree that the HPCA are not responsible for any accident, damages, injuries, or losses during this event. I, the undersigned, understand and agree to this limit of this liability. Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges that this event is NOT a race, challenge match or test of skill. Drivers must be18+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license to operate a motorized vehicle. This is a family event and all ages welcome. Just take safety precautions on golf carts, bikes and other motor vechicles.
