Each year we ask that every member fill out the Financial Membership Agreement and High Holiday forms. We offer several flexible payment plan options for membership dues, security fees and Religious School tuition. Payments may be made in one lump sum (preferred), quarterly or 10-month installments by check, automatic debit (ACH) or credit card. Payment by check or ACH is preferred in order to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
As always, no one is turned away due to difficulty with membership costs. You may work out a confidential agreement with our Special Situations Committee, Andy Seligson or Gloria Fields at 914-337-2968. It is necessary to enter into a new agreement with the Special Situations Committee each year, even if you had such an agreement in past years.
Please fill out these forms and return payment by Monday, July 15, 2019 in order to receive your High Holiday Tickets. Tickets will be mailed in September, prior to the holidays.
