Collections, projects, or exhibits will be displayed for up to one month on a rotating basis. Please fill out this form to have your collection considered for display. Contact must possess a current MORE or River Falls Public Library Library Card. Collection must be deemed suitable and appropriate for the Library by the library staff. It is the responsibility of the patron to set up and remove his/her collection on the designated date.
Items that are not removed by the designated date will be removed by library staff. The Library offers no insurance to cover display items and assumes no responsibility for the items displayed. Display items not picked up within 30 days following the conclusion of a display will be considered a donation to the River Falls Public Library.
The Library will not furnish construction paper, letters, or other supplies. Adhesives may not be applied to the walls of the showcase. The Library staff will not provide assistance in setting up or taking down displays. People and organizations using the facilities shall leave it neat, clean, and in orderly condition.
