ご利用日の前日１５時までに※定休日の翌日利用の場合は２日前までにご予約お願い致します。定休日（日、水）は貸出不可です。返却は定休日も可能です。

キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation policy

予定の変更や悪天候などでご予約をキャンセルする場合はご利用日の前日15時までにメールにてご連絡ください。その際のキャンセル料等は発生いたしません。当日無断キャンセルは100％発生いたします。
If you need to cancel your reservation due to bad weather or a change or plans, please contact us by email
by 3:00pm the day before your reservation. 
No cancellation fee.

店舗からの予約確定メールが返信されましたら予約確定となります。
予約で埋まっている場合や確認が必要な場合もございますので当店からの返信メールを受け取れる状態に設定をお願い致します。
メディアメール、iCloudメールは返信が届きませんのでご注意ください。
御利用代金のお支払いは当日店舗にてご精算ください。

Thank you for reserving a rental bicycle.
After submitting the reservation form, we will begin checking availability at the store. Your reservation is not yet confirmed. Your reservation will be confirmed once you receive a reservation confirmation email from the store. Please make sure your settings allow you to receive email replies from us, as we may be fully booked or require confirmation. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
We look forward to your visit.  
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
