Gender identity and pronouns and anything else you wish to tell me about how you identify. *
Why are you coming to this workshop and what do you wish to learn about, what are you areas of interest? (can be as brief or as detailed as you like!) *
Anything you wish me to know about your breasts?
Are you comfortable having your own breasts exposed? (you can't get this question wrong or right all answers are welcome) *
Are you comfortable being in a room with others who's breasts will be exposed? *
I do not know who will choose to come to this workshop and what our constellation of participants will be at this stage but inclusivity, care and respect for each other is important to me and this particular workshop is open to both cis and trans women and people who have breast tissue that do not necessarily identify as women.  To create an environment where we can both look after ourselves and each other I ask that each participant "do their best" to use the pronouns others use for themselves. Are you comfortable and willing to do this? *
This workshop is designed to be both informative and offer embodied somatic practices to connect with your breasts.  There may be an opportunity but no obligation to share about the relationship you have with your own breasts.  It really is optional, what you feel comfortable with and what we have time for as a group.  As the facilitator I will be responsible for time keeping and guiding the group. I also ask each participant to commit to confidentiality of other peoples sharing and identity.

Are you able to commit to confidentiality and be open to my guidance during the day?

We will go through agreements at the beginning of the workshop!

Food will be a hearty vegetarian soup/dish (that will be GF) made with love by my partner Patrick and there will be organic sourdough bread (that will not be GF).  We may not be able to tend to very specific food needs but please do let us know of food sensitivities and allergies (and we will see if that can work our end) and of course you are welcome to bring your own lunch and snacks with you. *
organic Castor oil 200ml bottle will be available for purchase for $20 and we will also have some organic cotton breast packs available (in larger and smaller sizes) that Patrick lovingly makes.  You are welcome to pre order or have a look on the day at any stock we have. If you would like to pre order, please click below.
