Use this form to start the refund process for your unused/unredeemed tickets. Once the process is initiated it may not be able to be reversed. Please review the following information before submitting your request.

Once we have processed your refund you will receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been processed.
Most refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days of us receiving your request.
Your refund will not immediately show up on your bank statement. Once we have processed your refund, it can take up to 7 business for the issuing bank to return the funds to your account.
Only submit your request if you are 100% sure that you are not going to use your tickets. As long as the tickets are unused/unredeemed, tickets past their valid date are still eligible for a refund through 11/08/2026.

This form should only be used to submit refund requests for unused/unredeemed tickets. All other inquires should be submitted via email to refunds@coxfarmsva.com .
