McClure Childcare Registration for 2023-2024
Please complete the following form to register for the McClure childcare program.  The childcare program operates Monday-Friday 7:30am-8:20am and 3:40pm-5:30pm. The program does not operate when school is not in session and evenings of the fall and spring parent teacher conferences.

A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due by August 1st. Payments may be handed directly to Mrs. Stephanie Ford, McClure secretary or Mrs. Domme, childcare coordinator. 

The monthly fee is a flat rate regardless of the number of days off for that particular month or the number of days your child attends each week.

Please fill out one form per child that you wish to register. Payment for each month is due by the 25th of the preceding month. (For example, payment for September is due by August 25th.) Payments will be made August through May. If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, your child is not able to attend the childcare program until paid current.  There will be a $5 late fee added each business day the payment is late until the 5th of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, your child will be unenrolled from the program so that a student on the waiting list may fill the vacancy.  Once the outstanding balance is paid current, if a spot is still available you can  re-enroll or be added to the waiting list. 

A late fee of $1 per minute per child will be added to your balance for each minute past 5:30 pm that a student remains at McClure.

This is a first come first serve roster due to staffing availability. We will take the families that respond first and then will have a waiting list. If a spot would open up during the year, the next student on the waiting list will be notified. All families will be notified by Friday June 2nd if your child is registered for the program.
