This form is to be completed by any adult (over 18) who would like to assist at Camp Hemlock during the summer camp season.  For the safety of our campers and to preserve the integrity of our ministry, all volunteers must also complete the Ministry Safe training and background check requirements.  After submission of this form, you will be contacted with further information about next steps.

Personal Statement
Camp Hemlock is a non-denominational Christian outdoor camp.  Our ultimate goal is to share the love of Jesus with our campers and staff.  Policies for camper participation at Camp Hemlock are the same without regard to religious beliefs or affiliation.  However, we require that programs are being led by Christ-following individuals.
