1) One copy of school transcript and SAT1 score report
2) Personal information - Your Name, Parents' Names, Name of High School
3) A passport–size photo (digitized photo is required)
4) An essay on topics such as, (electronic version with no more than 300 words in MS Word)
• “My Interests, Accomplishments, and Goals”, or
• “Why should I be awarded the CASPA Student Scholarship?”
