1. Must work in a participating SEIU bargaining unit position for a contributing employer
2. Must be a benefited employee and successfully completed your initial 90-day probationary period
3. Must have worked for your employer for at least 6 months for non-benefited employees
4. Must currently work as a medical assistant at Dignity Health (Sacramento, Stockton, Santa Cruz) or Alameda Health System
