In 2025, all food vendors will be managed in-house by CONIFER Entertainment Society (founded by Dani and Mike in 2023) and the parent company of the Shipyards Night Market.

IMPORTANT:

Completing this form does not confirm your acceptance to the event. All applicants who submit this form fill will be considered for the Shipyards Night Market. Only accepted vendors will be contacted by CONIFER for phase 2 of the application.

Please Note: 

  • The Shipyards Night Market is a privately operated event. The City of North Vancouver and/or the Shipyards District (BIA) do not have operational control of our event. Please do not contact either entity for application purposes. 
  • The City has approved a maximum of seven food trucks at this location. 
  • The event will run every Friday from May 16 to September 12, 2025

Two-Phase Application Process: 

Phase One: This first short form is your application and acknowledgement of our fee structuring. Once completed, we will review your application and only contact approved vendors to enter phase two of the process. 

Phase Two: Approved vendors will receive the second onboarding form to gather further details required by CONIFER, the City of North Vancouver, CNV Fire Department, and Vancouver Coastal Health, this from will gather your corporate information, invoicing instructions and serve as our agreement for the 2025 season. 

2025 Fee Structure and terms:

Food Trucks / Trailers / Carts = $225.00 + gst, per Friday + 10% of gross sales (tips excluded)

Food 10 x 10 Tents = $175.00 + gst, per Friday + 10% of gross sales (tips excluded)

The 'per Friday' fee will be collected in full upon acceptance. 

*fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
