Our event provides opportunities for volunteering enthusiasts to showcase your abilities in all things around community festival/event. No matter what the purposes and goals are behind, if you love to be around people and serve the community, as well as spread multicultural fun, this is the right event for you.

Caution: SUNDAY BUS finishes at 7-8pm, please make sure you have your own transportation arranged if volunteering after 7pm!!! Please tick all the time slots you are available for organiser to arrange.

These time slots are specifically for event site preparation. Tasks may include venue setup, equipment unloading, decoration, signage placement, stall assistance, and material preparation. Please select all the times you are available to help us get ready for the Canberra Moon Festival.
Volunteer Training Session *

It is compulsory to attend one of the volunteer training sessions. Each session will be conducted online and will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, tailored to your assigned role (e.g. stage assistant, activity assistant, info booth, etc.).

Training sessions are typically held around two weeks before the event. 

Once the final schedule and roles are confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
