225Fest 2026 Retail Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in serving as a vending participant for 225Fest 2026, held annually on the weekend of February 25th in celebration of #225Day.

Since its inception in 2023, 225Fest has become the largest cultural festival in the capital region, welcoming over 64,000 families and visitors to experience Baton Rouge’s vibrant food, music, art, and community.

How We Select Participants:
Each year, we receive over 500 applications but are only able to select fewer than 200 vendors across categories including retail, food trucks, kids market, art walk, and author rowe. This ensures a profitable experience for our vendors and a high-quality experience for attendees.

The vendor application period runs from Friday, May 23rd to Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025.

Selection Process:

  1. We evaluate business registration via the Louisiana Secretary of State, branding elements (logo, website, social media), and online reviews.

  2. A dedicated panel reviews each application based on product quality, professionalism, event experience, and local presence.

  3. Selected vendors will receive formal notification by Tuesday, July 16th from 225fest@gmail.com.
