The trip is largely all inclusive, will likely run from December 27, 2019, through January 3, 2020, and is currently priced at $3495 per person for double occupancy rooms. Chaperones will have the option to pay additional for a single room. This form is only a survey and is not what you use to join the trip. You will need to officially register and pay a deposit after the school board approves the trip. An example payment schedule would be as follows: $495 on 12/1/18, $750 on 2/15/19, 4/15/19, 8/15/19, and 10/15/19. The first $100 is non-refundable and all other payments are non-refundable after 5/1/19. The cost of the trip includes trip insurance.
If you are interested in joining the band as a chaperone or if you have multiple children interested in the trip, fill out the form for each person.
