We thank you for your interest in joining the Waubun-Ogema-White Earth School District Core Planning Team.

We are in the beginning stages of updating our district-wide strategic plan. This plan will serve as a roadmap for ISD #435 for the next 3-5 years. In doing so, we are looking to engage the community, school board, administration, staff, and students in a collaborative and data driven process.

The Core Planning Team will serve as a key component in this process as we look to gain input from stakeholders at various levels. We are looking for 30-35 participants that reflect the makeup of our community, whose desire is to see our school district thrive, and who are able to attend all three core planning meetings. This group will engage in conversations relating to improvement efforts and the overall direction of the school district.
