留学生の皆さんが日本へ（再）入国したときは、必ず7日以内に下の申請フォームから届出をしてください。
※下の申請フォームからの届出が難しい場合は、セイカ・ポータルに掲示しているPDFファイルへ必要事項を記入して「
intlstu@kyoto-seika.ac.jp」へメールで送ってください。
＜申請方法＞
・申請フォームの各項目に必要事項を入力して、最後に【送信】押してください。
・日本へ入国したら7日以内に申請してください。
＜個人情報の取扱い＞
「日本（再）入国届」に入力された個人情報は、海外渡航に係わる危機管理および学内における統計的資料作成の目的にのみ使用し、学校法人京都精華大学における個人情報の保護に関する規程に基づき、適正に管理します。
