NWEE (Young Fives to 2nd Grade) Student Placement Form for 2025-2026 School Year

This google form is designed for Parents/Guardians to potentially request the teacher for the upcoming school year. There are many factors that are considered in order to make classroom placements that fit the needs of ALL students.  

We value the input you provide in order to place your child for the upcoming school year.  You may want to consider learning environment, teaching style, social/emotional needs and academic strengths and weaknesses. Please include any other factors you think should be considered as well.

PLEASE NOTE:  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC PLACEMENT BASED SOLELY ON PARENT REQUEST. MANY FACTORS GO INTO PLACING ALL STUDENTS THAT ATTEND NW EARLY ELEMENTARY.
