EUROUZ ESG & Compliance Committee purpose is to support the EUROUZ Members ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, health and safety, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and sustainability as well as international best practices in corporate compliance as relevant to the Members’ business activities and the business environment in Uzbekistan. Committee shall act as a platform to jointly to assess, discuss and prioritize opportunities and risks relevant to the subject matters covered by its subject matter. The Committee brings together a group of cross-functional executives that can contribute and take value from the dialogue established by it on both Business to Business and Business to Government levels.

Non-EUROUZ members have limited access to Committee activity (open meetings only) or must hold membership in at least one of the business associations who currently hold EUROUZ membership to have access to the basic committee documents and agenda, without the right of participation in closed meetings or other interactions other than open meetings.
