ABC/25 Teacher Grant Proposal Cover sheet
Please complete the cover sheet information to formally submit your ABC25 Teacher Grant Proposal. Once you have completed the form, click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the form.

Next Steps:
1. You will receive an email confirmation with an attached PDF copy of your cover sheet within 1 business day. Print the pdf copy of your grant cover sheet.
2. Ask your school's principal to sign the cover sheet in the space provided. His/Her signature confirms the school's permission to accept grant items applied for at their school should the grant be awarded.
3. Submit the signed cover sheet with ONE copy of your proposal and relevant attachments to Dr. Bein's office at Central Administration (1200 S. Dunton) by 4:00 PM, Friday October 12th. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
