About the seminar

This online seminar is dedicated to the experience exchange visit to Finland carried out within the Geosites project. During the visit, project partners and stakeholders explored Finnish approaches to geological heritage management, including database systems, nature conservation governance models and the role of geoparks.

During the seminar, visit participants will share the key findings from the exchange, highlight practical lessons learned and discuss which approaches could be transferred to the Latvian and Lithuanian context, particularly in the work of national, regional and local authorities.
