Welcome to the registration form for the Worcester LGBTQ+ Icebreaker, presented by lgbtWOO.

**In order to ensure that we have enough time to make your custom name tag, please register by Sunday, April 12th. After that date, we cannot promise that we will be able to make your name tag in time**

Free admission. 18+ event. Cash bar.
Complimentary appetizer table. Full menu items will be available for purchase.
Capacity is limited, so registration will be required.

DESCRIPTION

We are hosting this event in support of those who are either closeted, just moved to the area, or feel too nervous to attend LGBTQ+ events/activities alone. This event is open to all area community members, new and seasoned (capacity limitations apply).

Event/activity organizers are invited to share information at this event. Please contact Alice Romeo so we can coordinate.

NAME TAGS

Each attendee will receive a custom-made name tag. The name tag will contain optional identifying information, such as sexuality, gender, icebreaker statements, and more. The information contained in this registration form is what will be used to create your name tag.

PHOTO RESTRICTIONS

We are loud and proud, but we acknowledge that there may be some closeted attendees. For this reason, we will have photo restrictions in place: Please do not post photos or videos of the event on social media. The only media that will be permitted to be posted online will be photos taken in the designated photo area.

RAFFLE PRIZES

There will be a complimentary raffle at the event for all attendees. We invite community members to donate raffle prizes for the giveaway if they please.  For some, this may be a way for you to promote your business or service. The raffle prize form can be found at lgbtWOO.org

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We offer sponsorship opportunities for those who wish to financially contribute to the event. There is no profit element to this event, and we try to keep them as affordable as we can. Sponsorship application can be found at lgbtWOO.org

Our goal, with your support, is to help grow and strengthen the Worcester LGBTQ+ community. Let's show the world that Worcester is the place to be if you want to feel fully supported in being yourself.
