2024 BOPSIM KOREAN FESTIVAL "Feel, Touch, Taste, and Experience Korea"

Since 2015, the Bopsim Cultural Event has been hosting various events to introduce Korean food and culture to the local community. This year, in collaboration with Brigham Young University and the Korean Cultural Center in LA, we are organizing the Bopsim Korean Festival. The event will feature traditional Korean performances, cultural experiences, Korean cuisine, and corporate products, providing an opportunity for BYU students and the local community to experience fun aspects of Korean culture. We are recruiting volunteers and staff for this event.

    1. Overall event operations (check-in, operation of cultural booths, stage assistance, event guidance, and cleanup)

    2. Distribution of swag bags (event merchandise and souvenirs)

    3. Provision of volunteer confirmation certificates

Schedule

  1. Training meeting: September 7th, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  2. Event setup: Friday, September 13th, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  3. Event Day: Saturday, September 14th, 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM
