San Diego Modern Quilt Guild 2021 Member Registration
San Diego Modern Quilt Guild (SDMQG) membership includes membership in the national Modern Quilt Guild. To register with the SDMQG, please complete the following registration form and submit your dues. You are not considered a fully registered member until we have received both your registration form and dues payment.
Dues are $50 if you join before July 1st, and pro-rated to $25 if you join on or after July 1st. Dues may be paid via Venmo (preferred) or via check by mail. Details on how to pay dues will appear once you submit this form.
