Media - Embargo Agreement for the 2023-2024  School Report Card Data Release
Please fill out this form to receive embargoed 2023-2024 School Report Card data from the Kentucky Department of Education. Once the form is received and approved by KDE, you will be emailed the embargoed data on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, between 1 and 2 p.m. ET. 

The deadline to request the embargoed data is noon ET on Monday, Sept. 30.

You may reach out to local school district officials to comment on the data before it is publicly released at 12:01 a.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 3. However, the information contained in the School Report Card data release may not be shared publicly in any way before the embargo lifts at 12:01 a.m. ET on Oct. 3. Failure to abide by the agreement may result in you and your organization not receiving embargoed data in future releases.

Data from the 2023-2024 Kentucky School Report Card will be released under embargo between 1 and 2 p.m. ET on Oct. 1, 2024. The embargo will expire at 12:01 a.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024.
