MECA Scholarship Application 2026

Description: This scholarship honors all educators. We understand the grit and perseverance it takes to work in this field. Teachers live by the understanding that supporting one another is how we make this world a better place. We are better because of the people we are surrounded by. This scholarship will be awarded to students who plan to walk in our shoes in the future. Students must have enrolled in either the Early Childhood Education or Education Careers CTE program and be actively pursuing a career in Early Childhood or Teaching.

Requirements:

  1. Students may utilize AI tools to brainstorm ideas, but not to write their short-answer responses.
  2. Complete this application and ALL the short-answer questions.
  3. Have your education teacher complete the Teacher Recommendation Form.

All application materials must be received by January 31, 2026 for consideration.
