Stress Management Group
This stress management group is designed to help you identify your reactions to stress and practice different ways to manage those reactions. The group will include practical exercises that you should be able to incorporate into your daily routine and continue using on your own time. It will run for three weeks with each meeting taking approximately one hour. 'Groups will be held virtually via Google Meets.
This form is being used to assess interest and time availability and does not fully commit you to participating in this group.
