Da wir schon zu viele Anmeldungen von Folgenden haben und ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis anstreben, nehmen wir derzeit keine weiteren Anmeldungen von Folgenden entgegen. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür.

Ein paar Anmerkungen / a few comments: 

Wichtige Infos zu Fotos & Videos 📸✨ während des Marathons werden Fotos und Videos gemacht, die wir eventuell veröffentlichen. Mit deiner Teilnahme gibst du uns dafür automatisch dein Okay.

Teile deine Highlights mit uns! Wir würden uns riesig freuen, wenn du uns deine schönsten Schnappschüsse und Video-Perlen schickst. Lade sie einfach auf Facebook hoch oder sende sie uns per Mail an orgntb@gmail.com.

Ticket-Rückgabe & Weitergabe Gekaufte Tickets können grundsätzlich nicht zurückgegeben werden. In begründeten Ausnahmefällen versuchen wir jedoch gerne, dein Ticket an Nachrücker (mit der gleichen Tanzrolle) zu vermitteln.

Sollte das klappen, erstatten wir dir die Teilnahmegebühr abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr. Diese staffelt sich wie folgt:

Bis 2 Monate vor dem Start: Erstattung abzüglich 15 € Gebühr

Bis 1 Monat vor dem Start: Erstattung abzüglich 25 € Gebühr

1 Monat bis 2 Wochen vor dem Start: Erstattung abzüglich 50 % des Ticketpreises

Ab 2 Wochen vor dem Start: Keine Erstattung/Vermittlung mehr möglich.

Wir möchten, dass sich alle bei uns sicher, wohl und ausgelassen fühlen. Falls du dich in einer Situation einmal unwohl oder bedrängt fühlen solltest, zögere bitte nicht, uns anzusprechen. Das Orga-Team ist jederzeit für dich da und unterstützt dich!

Pictures and videos:
Pictures and videos will be created and published during the marathon if necessary. By participating in the marathon you agree to this.
We would be delighted if you would provide us with your picture and/or video gems afterwards, either via Facebook or by email to: neotangohamburg@web.de

Your ticket and passing it on:
Ticket refunds are generally not possible. In justified exceptional cases, the organizers will resell the ticket for the following fees, provided they can find a dancer in the same role to fill the vacancy.

For requests made up to two months before the marathon, we will refund the entry fee minus a €15 processing fee. After that, the fee is €25 until one month before the marathon. For the period from one month to two weeks before the marathon, the processing fee is 50% of the ticket price.

Our intention is to promote mutual respect and appreciation for all members of the Neo Tango community. The practice of Neo Tango dance takes place in a culture based on consent.
We want to provide a safe, fun and responsible dance and social experience for everyone.
