"Entrepreneurial Mindset through Social Innovation in Youth Work (EMSI-YW)"
Venue: Prishtina, Kosovo
Dates: 4-13 Jul 2019

We are looking for participants from: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia and Turkey for the TC "Entrepreneurial Mindset through Social Innovation in Youth Work (EMSI-YW)", supported by Erasmus+ Programme which will take place in Prishtina, Kosovo from 04 to 13 July 2019.

Overall aim of the training course:
Empower youth workers to develop competencies of young people, activists and volunteers in social innovation topic

Methodology:
Training Course will be based on methodology of non-formal education and learning by doing approach. The non-formal environment will create safe space where participants will not only learn about the topic covered but also acquire other soft skills such as teamwork, public speaking skills, negotiation; non-violent communication, inter cultural communications which are an essential competence in today's European youth work. The working methodology shall include communication based methods (interaction, dialogue, open discussions), activity based methods (sharing experience, practice and experimentation), socially focused methods (partnerships, teamwork, networking) and self-directing methods (creativity, discovery, responsibility, action). Interactive methods and exercises will be used to make the participants the actors and reactors of this learning opportunity.
