"Willow was born with severely underdeveloped kidneys. We had twin to twin transfer syndrome when pregnant. All nutrients Willow gave to her sister, Olive, leaving none for herself. By the time surgery corrected it it was too late. She was in the nicu for 4 months, and has had several stays in the hospital as her immune system is so weak from her kidney disease. She is currently still in there and now they are looking more into her lungs to find out why she is so slow getting better. So we are praying nothing is wrong with her lungs.

This tournament will be huge as hopefully its around the time she will be very close to getting her kidney. Willow's mom, Stacy, hopes to be the one to donate a kidney to our daughter, which means more hospital stays and recovery time for all of us. We always appreciate everything, we have great friends and family. Thank you all for thinking of her and us throughout this deal that unfortunately still has a long time to go. Something we'll be dealing with her whole life."
