If you would like to be a "Chef on Display" during the Taste of Gillings on Wednesday, April 4th from 11:30a-1:30p, all you have to do is complete this Google Form, providing us with your name(s) [teams are welcome], contact information, the title of your dish, any special characteristics of your dish (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, low cholesterol, low fat, organic, etc.), and any specific equipment you will need the day of the event. Also, please send a copy of the recipe to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that your dish does not need to be an entree. It could be a drink, dessert, appetizer, or side dish. The submission deadline is Monday, April 2nd, 2012 (5pm).
