During this workshop, you will:
- Learn how to select, cut, and beautifully display an array of cheeses.
- Master the basics of constructing an artful charcuterie display.
- Acquire tricks to create salami roses and river designs.
We provide all the necessary equipment and food items for the workshop, including:
- Palm Leaf Disposable Board (12 in)
- Cutting Board and Paring Knife
- Small Disposable Bowls
- 3-4 Cheeses
- 2-3 Charcuterie Meats
- Fruits, Nuts, Mini Pickles, Olives
- Crackers (GF option included)
- Spreads and Condiments
- Disposable Serving Utensils
- Food Safe Gloves
At the end of the workshop, attendees will take home their charcuterie creation.
Workshop will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 1PM to 2:30PM at Lovers Leap Winery located at 1180 Lanes Mill Road, Lawrenceburg, KY
100% prepayment is due with registration. Cancellations 7 days or more prior will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 6 days or less prior will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are ineligible for refunds or credits. Deposits or payments on classes are non-refundable, regardless of date and are non-transferable.
