Spring One Acts 2025 Participation/Audition Form
Hey there students - This is where you sign up for the Spring One Acts! This form is required if you wish to participate in any capacity.  Thanks!  Can't wait to work with you :]    BTW The 3 One Acts we'll be doing this year are: "The Importance of Being Earnest,"  "Hurry Up and Wait," and "Game Night (Humans Only)".  Descriptions are on the CVU Performing Arts Webpage.

IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES:

Auditions: week of January 27th: M- Wed 3:30-5:30pm  and callbacks Thursday 3:30-6pm 

Rehearsals: Feb 3 - 21 & March 3 - 28 (7 weeks) (Each play rehearses 2 days/week, more as we get closer to show) M, W , F cast, T & Th crew. 3:30-5:30pm

Saturdays: there will be 2- 3 Saturday rehearsals, including Saturday March 29th 9am- 5pm cue to cue Rehearsal for Full Company. 

Tech week: March 31- April 3 (1 week) 3:30- 8pm

Performances: April 4 - 6, 2025 (3 shows total - each play gets 2 performances)

Strike: April 6th, after the final show until approx 5pm. 


LIST ALL CONFLICTS DURING THE TIME OF THE PRODUCTION (2/3/25 - 4/6/25)
There is nothing too small to mention! To be clear, CVU theatre program has an Attendance Policy, which you must read and sign below. In brief it states that  Four (4) Unexcused absences may result in your dismissal from the production. Promptness is also required.  Two (2) tardies without advance notice will equal 1 unexcused absence. Obviously an emergency might arise. If any comes up, email your SMs(Eva, Olivia, Eleanore) and EVD as soon as you are able. Attendance during tech week and the shows (2/29 - 4/6) is mandatory. Therefore, please list all known conflicts now, so they are excused and the creative team can plan accordingly.
