Authors by the Beach Sign up form

Authors by the Beach will be held on September 19, 2015 at The Sheraton in Los Angeles, California.

If you would like to be a part of this signing please fill out the form and we will be emailing you within a couple of weeks. We really appreciate you taking the time to consider our event. We know there are many other signings happening but are hoping you can join us!!! This event will be donating to the Autism Walks Foundation in honor of our Steve ( Steve is Cherry's oldest son, one of the girls making this event happen).

We are working with a hotel to have a block of rooms made available for just this event. We will be having a Meet and Greet event. We will also be offering to the readers and Authors an after party event which we are also working out final touches.


Schedule for the Events ( might change please keep this in mind thanks)

Get to know the authors- 5pm to 8pm
Location- Dockweilder Beach
** This beach is 4 miles away ( 10 mins) from the hotel. We have reserved a space for us that will have a section where we will have a bond fire.

Saturday- 11am -4pm
Table set up will be from 8am-10am
Breakfast 10am-11am

***We are working on Breakfast for all the Authors and Volunteers for that day. If you have a assistant and they would like to have breakfast provided we are asking for a $5 charge (sorry but we are paying out of our poor little pockets.. Also only 1 assistant is allowed with each author. If the author is bringing their own model we are asking to keep it 1 author, 1 assistant and Model. If you need a volunteer to help you out please just request that! We are here to help!)

*************Table Fees**********

This includes lunch for the meet and greet and Breakfast for the day of the signing. After party and meet and greet tickets for authors. Like I mentioned before if you are bringing an assistant add $5 to the table fee. If bringing a model add another $5. This is so we can provide them lunch and breakfast.
